Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any kit that has not been fitted, in its original box. We refund the product price to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving it back.

How to return

1. Message support with your order number and the reason.
2. We email you a return label (return shipping is free inside the UAE, deducted from the refund elsewhere).
3. Drop the parcel with the courier.

Fitted shells

Once a shell has been fitted it cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind. If it has a fault, the 12-month warranty covers it: we send a replacement part or a full replacement kit.

Exchanges

Want a different kit? Return the first and order the second; we refund as soon as the return scans with the courier.
